Terms of use

These terms govern your use of this site. Consulting, assessment, and training engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

Effective September 8, 2026

Acceptance

By using theprayerlead.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

What this site is

This site describes the consulting and training work of The Prayer Lead and provides a way to make contact. The content here is general information about our practice and about prayer ministry development.

Nothing on this site creates a consulting relationship. A relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement describing the scope, schedule, and fees for the work.

Engagements are governed separately

Where a signed engagement agreement exists between you and The Prayer Lead, that agreement governs the work, its deliverables, confidentiality, payment, and termination. If any term of that agreement conflicts with these terms, the engagement agreement controls for matters within its scope.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics, frameworks, training curricula, templates, forms, and other material on this site and in our deliverables are the property of The Prayer Lead or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright and other applicable law.

You may view and print pages from this site for your own reference. You may not republish, redistribute, resell, or present our material as your own, and you may not use it to create a competing consulting or training offering.

Materials delivered during an engagement are licensed for use by the contracting church or organization for its own internal ministry. That license does not extend to redistribution outside the organization, resale, or use in paid training delivered to others, unless our written agreement says so.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to transmit unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or harmful content; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems; to interfere with its normal operation; or to collect information about other users.

You agree not to submit false information through our forms, and not to use our contact channels to send unsolicited commercial messages.

What you send us

Information you submit through a form or by email is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential material through the forms on this site before an engagement is in place; use them to begin a conversation, and we will arrange an appropriate channel for sensitive detail.

If you send us an unsolicited idea, suggestion, or proposal, we may use it without obligation or compensation. This does not apply to material provided under a signed engagement agreement.

No guarantee of outcomes

Our work is advisory and developmental. We bring experience, structure, training, and documentation to the task of building a prayer ministry. We do not promise a particular spiritual, numerical, organizational, or financial result, because those depend on the participation and leadership of your church.

Content on this site is offered as general guidance and is not a substitute for pastoral care, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or professional advice specific to your situation. Decisions about your ministry remain yours.

Third-party links and services

This site may link to sites we do not control and uses third-party services to deliver forms and email. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of those third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at all times. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site without notice.

Disclaimer of warranties

This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Prayer Lead and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to this site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100.00), or to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Prayer Lead and its personnel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and The Prayer Lead concerning use of this site.
