Churches may have a strong commitment to prayer and sincere people willing to serve, yet still lack the structure, leadership clarity, training, and ministry practices needed to support that work well.

That combination allows us to look at prayer ministry from more than one angle: spiritually, relationally, and practically.

Led by Adriana Ballentine

Adriana Ballentine brings experience in intercession, prayer leadership, training, business analysis, project management, process development, and implementation.

Her work is grounded in a simple conviction: spiritual responsibility should be handled with care, and the people called to carry it should be properly equipped, prepared, supported, and led.

The Prayer Lead reflects that conviction by helping churches build prayer ministries that are thoughtful in structure, clear in responsibility, and faithful to the vision of the house.
